We are able to manage and deliver a full turnkey service for all hydraulic, compressed air and lubrication systems. With the capability to provide a fully integrated mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation (MEICA) service to our customers.
Framework Contracts
We cover a wide range of disciplines including diagnostic work, new installations, removal and re-installation of components, upgrades, renewals, hose replacement service, and system monitoring including trend analysis.
We are experienced in providing complete supply, repair and maintenance services for essential assets as part of a framework agreement.
Services include testing, inspection, monitoring and necessary maintenance service on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical equipment, to comply with all relevant statutory, regulatory, operational, or safety requirements.
Return on investment
In our experience, we find that many companies who invest in production equipment that rely on hydraulic systems require regular repairs, service and maintenance inspections to get the best from their investment. Production machinery can be expensive to buy and maintain, and the downtime implications when it is not running can be extremely costly.
We cover a wide range of disciplines including diagnostic work, new installations, removal and re-installation of components, upgrades, renewals, hose replacement service and system monitoring including trend analysis.
Our highly qualified hydraulic engineers are all experienced in working in demanding environments and carry ECITB safety passports as standard.
Expert engineers
With support from the original hydraulic design engineers, our hydraulic service engineers provide a scalable service programme from the on-site installation of hydraulic pipework to complex fault-finding and system design modifications, further extending the working life of the equipment for increased reliability.
Expert hydraulic engineers will carry out pressure equipment surveys of all hydraulic power units and systems and are certified for accumulator inspection and testing; they can compile a pressure equipment register and a recommended inspection and maintenance plan.
You can be certain that we will support you for the life of your machine. Most of the components used in the manufacture of your hydraulic system are available as spares for routine maintenance and service. Supported by the original hydraulic design team, the service engineers, who are familiar with your installation, can offer you a full after sales capability.
Full Turnkey
We are able to manage and deliver a full turnkey service for all hydraulic, compressed air and lubrication systems. Our in-house design, manufacturing and installation teams can offer a system that is designed, supplied, built and installed fully complete and ready to operate.
MEICA
We have the capability to provide a fully integrated mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control and automation (MEICA) service.
We have worked with many private and public sector customers and while each project requires a unique set of skills and requirements, our operational standards remain the same. Our services include design and detailed engineering through fabrication, installation, maintenance and final commissioning.
Health Checks
We all need health checks, from a check-up at the doctor to an MOT on your car; fluid power systems are no different.
Health checks on fluid power systems ensure that critical breakdowns are limited or even eradicated, thereby maximising machine productivity and meeting output targets. Our engineers often discover that systems are energy inefficient, with some of the most common signs being undetected leaks in compressed air systems or clogged up filter elements.
System Diagnostics
Through our system diagnostics, we help determine how improvement to your fluid power systems will provide you with significant direct cost savings.
Our health checks include:
- Complex fault finding
- System design modifications
- Pressure Equipment surveys
- Risk assessment, method statements with full H&S compliance
- Accumulator inspection and repair
- Pressure equipment register
- Inspection and maintenance plan creation
- Full labelling of all systems
- 24/7 access to all hydraulic and lubrication system components
- Talented and dedicated team of hydraulic service engineers
Optional Training
We provide on the job operational training to operators and engineers to show and help them understand how to operate any systems that have been installed.
We see ourselves as an extension to your engineering teams. With this in mind, we provide various elements of training to help you become self-sufficient when you need to.
We work with trusted training partners to provide general hydraulic and pneumatics training to help engineers understand fluid power systems and rectify faults. The training includes understanding of schematic diagrams and the functions of various equipment such as pumps, valves, motors and filtration.
All training is assessed to ensure individuals have a clear understanding of tasks they can perform and to what competency levels, with a clear focus on health and safety. We also provide on the job training to operators and engineers to show and help them understand how to operate any systems that have been installed.
